The new BlackMen 40 on 40 issue is chock full of hotties, but I have mixed feelings about it. I found myself rushing off to these women's Twitter and Model Mayhem pages to see what they really look like. To say there was heavy Photoshopping would be an understatement. Fortunately, I had already seen photos of Catrisa from SHOW that were unretouched so we know she's the real deal. On a somewhat unrelated note, I gotta give a shout out to BM editor Marcus for giving young black men trying to get into the photography game a legitimate opportunity. Unlike SHOW and Smooth, at least he varies his photographers some.
